Hamilton City defeated our Serbian White Eagles by a score of 2-1 on June 17th.
Marko Stajic opened the scoring for our club, collecting the ball from the left to leave Hamilton goalkeeper Januz Sellaj with no chance of a save with the low drive. Hamilton midfielder Vukasin Kovacevic struck an equalizer one minute later.
Aleksandar Boskovic scored the winner for Hamilton City from close in at 77 minutes giving the southwestern Ontario side its second win in four games played while our club suffered its first defeat in regular league play since June 5, 2022.
