Our Serbian White Eagles recorded a 4-2 win over Aeem Canada this past Saturday putting our team in second position in the table on goal average while tied on points.
Aeem Canada opened the scoring just four minutes after kickoff when Yohannes Amare headed in from a right wing cross. Nikola Timotijevic equalized for Serbian White Eagles at the 20-minute mark and MD Iqbal Hussain scored his first of two goals with a snap left foot drive from 15 yards leaving Aeem goalkeeper Henry Ssoti with no chance making it a 2-1 lead for our Serbian White Eagles. Hussain struck his second goal five minutes later for a 3-1 lead at the interval. Marko Stajic made it 4-1 and Christopher Gilfillian of Aeem Canada completed the scoring for a 4-2 final score in favour of our team.
